During the project “Building energy development of the site of 3i Development Ltd. using renewable energy” GINOP-4.1.1-8-4-4-16-2018-00337, Szeged Kollégiumi street 7. During the building energy developments, the following tasks were realized.

Facade thermal insulation with fiberglass reinforcement.

Establishment of a small household-scale power plant with photovoltaic solar panels and grid-connected inverter. Solar cell Kyoto 270 Pure poly 12.15 kWp 45pcs 12000 kWh Inverter Fronius Symo 10.0-3-M 1pc Fittings for high-current components, UV-resistant solar cables, connectors, solar cell support, AC and DC side surge protection.

Door and window replacement: Type: Gealan doors, windows, Gealan plastic profile system, galvanized profile steel reinforcement Hardware: windows, balcony doors: Roto NT one-handed operating opening-tilting fittings.

Modernization of heating and domestic hot water system. Installation of a gas-fired combined heating and water heater. Up to 40 kW Viessmann Vitodens 100-W Gas-fired condensing boiler, power: 35 kW (50/30 ° C).
